VALVE-OUT FLANGE SPREADER

SMP’s Valve-Out Tool is a bolt-hole specific tool. With the Valve-Out Tool valve spreader you can eliminate the need for come-alongs, track-hoes, wire rope, chains, hammers and wedges.

When you turn the jack-bolt, the plates cantilever back, binding the bolt-hole pins in the bolt-holes, pulling the outside flanges back, spreading the flanges up to 1/2″ The SMP Valve-Out flange spreader tool requires no gap and is an excellent tool for changing gaskets.

In addition, SMP’s Valve-Out Tool valve spreader allows for safe and easy removal of control valves, by-pass valves, expansion joints, spools, rupture disks, regulators, orifice plates, and meters.

The SMP VOC1 Kit – 4 spreading plates, 2 sets (11.5” each) of spacer bar segments, and 8 each interchangeable bolt hole pins 3/4″, 7/8”, and 1”

The SMP VOC2 Kit – 4 spreading plates, 2 sets (11.5” each) of spacer bar segments, and 8 each interchangeable bolt hole pins 1-1/8”, 1-1/4”, and 1-3/8”

The SMP VOC1-2 Kit – 4 spreading plates, 2 sets (11.5” each) of spacer bar segments, and 8 each interchangeable bolt hole pins 3/4″, 7/8”, 1”, 1-1/8”, 1-1/4”, and 1-3/8”

All components are contained in hard shell carrying cases with custom foam inserts.
